The invention concerns a pyrotechnic projectile comprising a body containing a bursting charge (4) and a combustible charge (5) which is ignited and dispersed by the bursting charge (4), characterised in that the combustible charge (5) is formed by a metallic powder combustible with oxygen, arranged in the bursting charge (4) according to a pattern corresponding of the flare pattern to be obtained in the sky. The metallic powder can be titanium, aluminum or magnesium powder.

24 A holder for consumer fireworks EP10154103.5 2010-02-19 EP2221574A1 2010-08-25 Broekhoff, Gerard Willem Johannes

There is disclosed a holder (1) for consumer fireworks (4). The holder comprises a tray (6) provided with legs (3), which extends above a surface after being installed on said legs, which tray is provided with at least one opening (7). The opening is configured to enclose consumer fireworks to be placed on said surface and has a diameter and shape that correspond to the width of the fireworks. This results in a safe, lightweight holder for the ornamental consumer fireworks which is easy to manufacture at low cost. Where loosely placed fireworks cakes exhibit a greater tendency to fall over upon being ignited during festivities, this problem is eliminated by the simple holder according to the invention.

25 AERIAL FIREWORKS PRODUCT EP00908397 2000-01-29 EP1247059A4 2006-06-21 SHELTON GREGORY P
The product includes an upright launch tube (12) adapted to be self-supporting on a horizontal surface (24) and a self-propelled aerial pyrotechnic device (14) adapted to be received within a fairly closely confined relationship within the tube in preparation for launch. In its preferred form, the tube (12) is slightly taller than the aerial device so that the aerial device is fully received within and surrounded by the side wall of the tube in the launch mode, except for a long fuse leading to the engine of the device and hanging out over the open upper edge of the tube. Except for a tapered nose cone (32), the device is substantially the same cross-sectional width along its entire length, including the lower regions thereof which are occupied by a plurality of stabilizing legs that support the device in an upright condition within the tube and balance the device during flight. The annular space surrounding the device within the tube is only slightly greater than that necessary to permit the fuse to extend up alongside of the device and out the open upper end of the tube, thus stabilizing the device prior to launch and during its progressive emergence from the launch tube.
26 Feuerwerksrakete EP03000308.1 2003-01-09 EP1345004A1 2003-09-17 Alef Georg

30 Signalmittel, insbesondere Signalrakete EP95106002.9 1995-04-21 EP0679860A2 1995-11-02 Zahn, Arthur; Foehn, Eckart
