One or more inhaling holes (111) are formed on the outer surface of the outer chamber. An inlet (121) communicating with an inner space of the outer chamber is formed in one end of the inner chamber. An outlet (122) extended to the outside by penetrating through the outer chamber is formed on the other end of the inner chamber. The heating element is arranged inside the inner chamber. The energy supply unit is arranged to the outside of the inner chamber and supplies the microwaves to the heating element. The fan makes air current to the outlet from the inlet.

The sensor part includes first to fourth temperature sensors(310-340), wherein the first temperature sensor measures the temperature of cooling water flowing into an inlet(141) of the conduit, the second temperature sensor measures the internal temperature of the regenerative material, the third temperature sensor is coupled to the heating material and measures the temperature of the heating material, and the fourth sensor measures the temperature of water discharged to an outlet of the conduit. The control part automatically controls the heat generating part according to temperature changes and displays first to fourth temperatures through a digital display.
