The disclosed heat cooker includes: a cooling fan for sucking in outside air from outside a casing and blowing the same into the casing during heat cooking of a heating object or item to be heated; an electrical component chamber which allows the outside air blown by the cooling fan to flow inside the casing; an air supply opening provided in a heating compartment to supply the outside air of the electrical component chamber into the heating compartment; an exhaust opening provided in the heating compartment for discharging smoke from the heating compartment to outside the heating compartment; an exhaust tube for guiding to outside of the casing the smoke that has come out of the heating compartment from the exhaust opening; an air supply damper for opening and closing the air supply opening; and a control unit (200) for controlling opening/closing operations of the air supply damper. The control unit (200) controls opening/closing operations of the air supply damper so that an openness of the air supply opening becomes a predetermined target openness larger than 0% during heat cooking of the heating object, and further controls the opening/closing operations of the air supply damper so that upon an end of heat cooking of the heating object, the openness of the air supply opening becomes larger than the target openness.

PURPOSE:To provide an electric foot warmer which allows an easy attachment and detachment of its legs by employing a flange nut, and by turning the nut between the leg attachment hardware and leg. CONSTITUTION:The leg attachment hardware 3 is fastened by a screw 33 to both sides of a neighboring outer frame 2. After fitting a nut in a hole 32 of the leg attachment hardware 3, the nut 4 is rotatably held in place in the vertical part of a gap of a flanged area 41 which is covered by a cover 7 in order to prevent falling off. When attaching a leg 1, a bolt 11 of the leg 1 is fitted into the nut 4, and fastened by turning the nut. The hexagonal part 42 of the nut 4 is turned between the leg attachment hardware and leg either with fingers or tool.
157 Inner box of cooking appliance JP3649984 1984-02-27 JPS60181524A 1985-09-17 ENAMI TOSHIAKI
PURPOSE:To obtain the cheap inner box of a cooking appliance, which can be manufactured efficiently and at the same time the number of parts of which is small, by a structure wherein the joining portion between a front and a rear plates and a cylindrical shell part are formed at the position recessed from the main surface of the front and the rear plates toward the cylindrical shell part side so as to locate the vicinity of the joining portion between the front and the rear plates and the cylindrical shell part toward the cylindrical shell part side from the tip of bent pieces. CONSTITUTION:Curling margin 16, 11A, 11B and 11C are formed along the rear end edges of a top plate 8 and a shell plate 9. A plurality of stretched-out portions 20 are formed in each curling margin. On the other hand, a bent piece 57a extending in the direction of a cylindrical shell part 6 is formed along the periphery of the rear plate 57. In addition, a groove 58, which dents from the main surface 57b of the rear plate 57 toward the direction of the top plate 8 and the shell plate 9, both of which consist of the cylindrical shell part, is provided on the rear plate 57. Further, upright shaved pieces, each of which is to join to the stretched-out portion 20 provided in each curled lug of the top plate 8 and of the shell plate 9, are provided in the groove 58. Due to the structure as mentioned above, the cheap inner box of a cooking appliance, which can be manufactured efficiently and the number of parts of which is small, can be made.

PURPOSE:To simplify the correspondence for different fitting size by a method wherein a fixing plate fitting to be installed to a lower part of a column is replaceable in response to the size of fixing to generate an opening and closing lid bearing part as well as to act as the lid abutment surface. CONSTITUTION:In case that a different height and a different depth are different for each of the appliance, a fixing plate installing fitting 9 is removed in response to a depth of installation, an installing plate 10 is directly fitted and the depth of fixing can be made maximum. A rotating shaft 13 is passed through the lower part of an opening and closing lid 7, fitted to a longitudinal hole 10a of the installing plate 10. Upward and downward movement of the opening and closing lid 7 enables a claw 13 of the opening and closing lid 7 to be hung to a rectangular hole 12a of an intermediate beam 12. With this arrangement, it is possible to make an easy adaptation for a different size.

PURPOSE:To contrive weight reduction and simplification of constitution, by so constituted the titled apparatus that the external circumference of the front of an oven incorporated into a space formed with a front, rear and outside frames is enclosed by a front cover whose lower part is fixed to a rail. CONSTITUTION:The lower part of a front cover 9 is fixed to the front end parts 3a', 3b' of rails 3a, 3b, which are fixed to a front frame 1 and a rear frame 2, with screws. An external circumference of the front of an oven 7 incorporated into a box-shaped space enclosed with a front frame 1, a rear frame 2, outside plates 4, 5 and a top plate 6 is enclosed with the front cover 9. With this constitution, an intermediate crosspiece becomes unnecessary, construction of the front frame 1 becomes simple and weight reduction and facilitation of assembly can be contrived.
160 Leg fixing device for high frequency heating cooker device JP14944583 1983-08-16 JPS6042518A 1985-03-06 ISHII KAZUNORI
PURPOSE:To improve efficiency in assembling operation and correct deformation caused by warp in a bottom plate by a method wherein a concave recess having the bottom plate mounted therein is formed at the upper part of a conveyor rack and an engaging pin to be fitted in a circumferential groove is movably arranged in each of the rack members holding the leg member having the circumferential groove. CONSTITUTION:A bottom pl#ate (c) is mounted horizontally in a concave recess 2 of a conveyor rack 1. The bottom plate (c) is abutted against the concave recess 2 in such a way as a deformed corner part is corrected when the corner part of the bottom plate (c) is deformed under its distortion or warp. Then, the inserting machine 6 is operated, each of the rack members 4a, 4b and 4c of a slide rack 4 is simultaneously struck with each of the striking pins 6a, 6b and 6c to push the leg member 7 to a position of dotted line. Then, a foot part 7a is abutted against the bottom surface of the bottom plate (c) and at the same time each of the leg claw pieces 7c is loosely fitted in a through-pass hole C1. Then, the striking pin 6c may push up only the rack member 4c. A core rod 7d is pushed up by a rack member 4c to cause each of the leg claw pieces 7c to be opened laterally and to cause it forcedly pressed against the through-pass hole C1. In this way, the leg member 7 is inserted into the through-pass hole C1 in the bottom plate (c).
