63 Gas holder JP16797283 1983-09-12 JPS6060397A 1985-04-06 SAKASHITA KAZUO
PURPOSE:To purge the residual gas easily and perfectly in a short time by constituting a sampling gas holder in no-water system from an inner tank and an outer tank which can be moved vertically and minimizing the holder space between the inner and the outer tanks and introducing purging gas. CONSTITUTION:A gathered groove 3 which communicates to a purging pipe 5 and a gathered groove 3' which communicates to a leaked-gas pipe 7 are installed at the upper and lower stages onto the outer periphery of a fixed inner tank 1, and an outer tank 2 supported onto a frame body 11 is installed vertically movably outside the inner tank 1. The part between the inner and outer tanks 1 and 2 is sealed by the seal rings 4 and 4' which are fixed onto the inner tank 1 between the gathered grooves 3 and 3' and in the lower part of the gathered groove 3'. When purging operation is performed, the outer tank 2 is lowered and fixed by a member 10, and a valve 6 is opened to discharge the residual gas from the purging pipe 5, introducing the purging gas from an introducing port 8. When purging operation is completed, the valve 6 is closed, and a valve 6' is opened, and the member 10 is released, and the sampling gas is introduced from the introducing port 8, and then the outer tank 2 rises.
64 Water-level maintaining apparatus for wet-type gas holder sealing groove JP5843483 1983-04-01 JPS59183193A 1984-10-18 HATA HARUYOSHI
PURPOSE:To prevent gas leak from a wet-type gas holder by installing, in the sealing groove, two high-resistance electrodes which are electrically connected so that the current value is varied by the variation of the water-level and detecting the water level in the sealing groove and driving and stopping a water supply pump, thus keeping the water-level always at the safe level. CONSTITUTION:A wet-type gas holder is equipped with gas tanks 2-1, 2-2, and 2-3 in a number of layers which are inverted in a water tank 1, and the connection part set between the upper and the lower layers is shut-off from the outside air by a sealing groove 3 and an in-water immersed plate 4. A water- level detector 5 constituted of two high-resistance electrodes 5-1 whose top edges are electrically connected so that the current value is varied by the variation of the water level is inserted into each sealing groove 3. Said detection signal is taken-out by a water-level setting apparatus 7, and the operation of a water supply pump 9 is automatically controlled in accordance with the elevation of the water level in the sealing groove 3.
65 Leakage preventing method for sealing oil for gas holder JP13761682 1982-08-06 JPS5926694A 1984-02-10 YANO TOSHIO; ICHINOMIYA TETSUO; MASUDA SUSUMU; ENDOU HACHIROU
PURPOSE:To absorb strains and enable to maintain a sealing condition for a long period of time, by incorporating chops of glass fibers into a hard sealing material to thereby enhance a cushioning property and stretchability of the sealing material. CONSTITUTION:After an elastic sealing material 16 is solidified, a hard sealing material 17 comprising of an epoxy resin and a polyamide containing 30-50% (based on the total weight) of chops of glass fibers is applied onto the sealing material 16, for example in a thickness of 7-15mm.. The hard sealing material 17 has a cushioning property and stretchability in addition to a sufficient strength, and even if a side wall 3 of the holder is strained by wind pressures, vibrations or the like, the material 17 can absorb the strains and can maintain the sealing condition for a long period of time.
66 Sealing device of dry gas holder JP8725082 1982-05-25 JPS58207595A 1983-12-03 DEGUCHI AKIO; KAWANA KATSUJI
PURPOSE:To reduce manhours for installation and checkout by adjusting the position of the center of gravity of a seal member so as to obtain a pressing force against a holder main body. CONSTITUTION:The upper end of a holding lever 14 is pivoted to a support metal 13 fixed to a piston through a pin 15, and a seal member 16 is suspended through the holding lever 14. The center of gravity G of the seal member 16 is located eccentrically by l1 from the axis A-A of the holding lever 14 toward the inner center side. The pressing force P of a seal device against a holder side plate 11 is expressed as P=Wl1/l2, where l2 is the distance between the pressing position and the pin 15, and W is the weight of the seal member 16. Accordingly, the pressing force against the holder plate can be available by taking into consideration the position of the center of gravity of the seal device itself.

PURPOSE:To obtain a sealing film excellent in its resistance against aromatic series solvent and durable in prolonged used by constructing the sealing film in such a way that at least its one side exposed to stored gas is made up with a layer comprising a specific high polymer film material. CONSTITUTION:At least one side which is exposed to stored gas, of a sealing film of pontoon type gas holder 8 is made up with a layer 20 comprising a single or fiber-reinforced elastomer of either among polyester series, polyamide series, and polyerethane series. In case said sealing film is formed in a composite layer made of different kinds of high polymer film materials or a composite layer made of a high polymer film material 20 and a reinforcing material 21, at least one side of the sealing film is formed in a layer made of the thermoplastic elastomer, allowing said layer to be used as a side where the gas holder is exposed to the stored gas.

PURPOSE:To regulate the level of a piston rapidly and correctly by providing pairs of counter weights on tracks crossing each other in the direction of the diameter of the piston for running in accordance with the inclination of the piston. CONSTITUTION:In a level regulator 6, tracks 7 and 8 crossing each other are laid to extend in the direction of the diameter of a piston 2 on the upper face of the piston 2, and pairs of counter weights 9, 10, 11, and 12 are respectively mounted on tracks 7 and 8 for running easily. Counter weights 9 and 10 with each other and counter weights 11 and 12 with each other are respectively connected by chains 13 and 14, which are engaged with drive devices 15 and 16. Meanwhile, a detector 18 is provided in the center of the piston 2 for detecting the inclination of the piston 2 in directions of axes X and Y, and drive devices 15 and 16 are connected to this detector 18 via a controller.
