PURPOSE: A production method of a molded outer bark fabric for treating the wound bark and filling the cavity of a living tree is provided. The molded outer bark fabric has the same pattern as the outer bark of the living tree. Therefore, the molded bark fabric can be effectively used in performing the surgery operation of trees. CONSTITUTION: Silicone is applied to the outer bark of a living tree to take a rubbing of a pattern thereof, the silicone rubbing is horizontally placed. Thereafter, the silicone rubbing is filled with a mixture of 100% by weight of an unfoamed urethane, 30 to 50% by weight of cork powder, 25 to 30% by weight of epoxy resin or 25 to 20% by weight of a curing agent, covered with a conventional outer bark fabric and cured for 30 to 40min at 20 to 30deg.C under the pressure of 0.2 to 1.0cm/kg. |

PURPOSE: A method for treating affected parts of tree by performing surgical operation is provided to operate on the tree simply with maintaining the external appearance of the tree. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the following steps of: (i) cutting out peeled or hollowed parts of heartwood(16) or sapwood(18) generated from physical and natural damages from disease and harmful insects; (ii) sterilizing, killing insects of the affected part and using preservative treatment on the sterilized part; (iv) filling the processed affected parts with a filling material(15) prepared by mixing cork powder, insecticide, antiseptic and polysol 506; and (v) finishing the outward surface of the filling material(15) applied to the affected parts with artificial bark(22) composed of a base part adhered to the surface of the filling material and a pattern part being placed on the base part and having color and patterns same with bark(20) of the original tree to be operated. |
