CONSTITUTION: A one-component type non-hardened waterproofing material using waste rubber comprises the steps of: mixing 10~15 parts by weight of waste rubber chips and 20~25 parts by weight of oil and heating the mixture to 200~230 °C; preparing fine powder from waste rubber chips using mechanical shearing stress; mixing 29.6~40 parts by weight of emulsified asphalt with the fine powder; mixing 8~13 parts by weight of filler, 1~2 parts by weight of surfactant and 0.1~0.4 parts by weight of anti-aging agent while maintaining the temperature at 90~100°C; and mixing 3~6 parts by weight of styrene butadiene rubber with 5~9 parts by weight of natural rubber.

PURPOSE: A method for producing a spray type coating agent using waste tires is provided to obtain the coating agent having excellent elasticity, mechanical strength, anti-rusting, anti-vibrating and water-proofing properties. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: carrying out the pyrolysis of waste tires to extract liquid styrene-butadiene rubber containing carbon black; introducing a solvent and grinding the carbon black contained in the styrene-butadiene rubber finely; filtering the liquid styrene-butadiene rubber containing the ground carbon black to remove the materials which are not ground; introducing a styrene-butadiene latex and an isocyanate salt containing polyester as a first binder for solidifying to the liquid styrene-butadiene rubber containing the filtered carbon black to react them with stirring; further adding one or more second binders consisting essentially of a polyurethane and additionally containing an epoxy, a vinyl acrylic acetate, a natural rubber and an aluminum paint to form a rubber-modified urethane resin so that the physical properties of the liquid styrene-butadiene rubber can be determined.

The invention provides molding, coloring and/or sealing compounds which allow the production of useful layers, protective layers, composite bodies or the like which have an extremely high and reliable water impermeability. This high water impermeability is achieved in that air inclusions in the compound are avoided.
