122 MERCHANDISE DISPLAY SYSTEM WITH AN ANTI-SPLAY DEVICE EP17703526.8 2017-01-13 EP3402371A1 2018-11-21 HARDY, Stephen N.; DIPAOLO, Tony
A merchandising display system can include one or more of a front rail configured to mount to a shelf, a first divider assembly, a second divider assembly, and a central track or floor, and a pusher assembly. In one example aspect, the example merchandising display system can be configured to prevent splaying of the divider assemblies when a row of product is loaded toward the rear of the shelf or when displaying the product in rows on the shelf. In one example, the central track in conjunction with the weight of the product can be configured to maintain even spacing between the first divider assembly and the second divider assembly, such that the first divider assembly and the second divider assembly are maintained in position on the shelf thereby maintaining the product organized in their respective rows on the shelf.
123 MODULAR PUSHER SYSTEM EP17174440.2 2017-06-05 EP3292796A1 2018-03-14 WINFIELD, Ben Robert

The present invention provides a modular pusher system for facing products on a shelf. The system comprises a plurality of dividers (4) each having a front end and a rear end, at least one pusher (2) comprising a spring means (23) for biasing the pusher (2) towards a front edge of a shelf, a back rail (3) having mounting means (30) for holding rear ends of the dividers (4) and that is mountable on an upper side of a shelf in a position that is parallel to a front edge of the shelf and at a distance from the front edge of the shelf, and a plurality of front retainers (1) for retaining products at the front edge of a shelf. Wherein when the system is constructed on a shelf each front retainer (1) is mounted at the front edge of the shelf to extend upwardly from the front edge, the back rail (3) is mounted on an upper surface of a shelf in a position that is parallel to a front edge of the shelf and at a distance from the front end of the shelf, each divider (4) is mounted at its front end to a front retainer (1) and at its rear end to the back rail (3), and each pusher (2) is mounted on the upper side of the shelf between two dividers (4) and is biased towards the front edge of the shelf by its spring means (23). This results in a pusher system wherein products can be positioned on a shelf in at least one channel formed between adjacent dividers (4) and between a pusher (2) and front retainers (1) to be thereby faced on a shelf. The system is advantageous in that it is a system that can be retrofitted to substantially any shelf or shelving unit. It can also be used with products of a variety of sizes. Preferably the system further comprises a low-friction glide mat (5) that is positioned on an upper surface of a shelf before the other components of the system are mounted thereon and is thereby held in position.
