A tool organizer and carrying apparatus comprises a rotatable tool mounting assembly having multiple tool receiving surfaces mounted on a frame. The invention preferably comprises a removable base plate to allow for stable placement on a flat surface such as a workbench or shop floor. The frame provides an axis of rotation for the tool mounting assembly to provide a worker fingertip access to tools mounted thereon. Tools such as sockets are retained on multiple tool receiving surfaces with clips, magnets, nuts and bolts and/or other known retention means for easy removal and replacement. The frame is adaptable to mount the organizer on a base or to a workbench, tool chest or the like and further comprises a means for carrying the organizer.

An earring storage device with a rectangular boxlike base with a chamber extending from the top surface of the base. A half-section of a circular rigid disk is attached and normal to the top surface. The device has a plurality of quarter-sections of a circular rigid disk that revolve around a shaft affixed to the half-section. Attached to the top surface and extending over the quarter-sections is a semicircular cover that guides and axially space the quarter-sections. At least one of the quarter-sections has a magnetic surface and at least one of the quarter-sections may be made out of compressed fiber or cork. The half-section has a surface to which a plurality of pins are attached. The pins are attached at an upward angle so that the earrings have a tendency to slide down toward the base of the pins. The device provides easy access and viewing of the earrings.

A theft-resistant display case for tape cartridges or the like, comprising: a plurality of elongated, generally rectangular cagelike racks for holding the tape cartridges or cassettes side by side, the cages being formed of metal straps or of plastic with apertures therethrough for viewing indicia on the cartridges. The racks are arranged together in column form with removable rails running between the longitudinal edges of the racks to prevent removal of cartridges transversely out of the racks. The racks have portions arranged to overlap the faces of the cartridges above and below the indicia so as to prevent lifting of the cartridges out of the racks. End caps fit over the ends of the racks and the rails, and are lockable thereon. The display case is rotatable about its longitudinal axis for viewing of the cartridge indicia, while affixed to a suitable surface to prevent removal.

A mechanical connection between the planar member and support stand is provided with a series of detents to enable a user to rotate the planar member to a desired position for access to a particular socket held within the device.
