Air in the inner space 4 is cooled by being guided through an exchanger 8, and the air exchanger 8 is closely linked to a cooling device 10 related to temperature transition. The exchanger 8 is operated in such a way that the difference between the higher temperature of the air in the inner space 4 and the lower temperature of the exchanger 8 is continuously maintained at a value below the dew point of the air in the inner space 4, thus preventing the formation of condensation water in the exchanger 8.
