Cellular material is retained upon the upstream surface of the porous membrane. After separation of the chambers, the porous membrane can be removed from the device for analysis of the deposited cellular material.

An impeder provides resistance for pushing/pulling (depending on the exercise) based on constant rotational velocity of the impeder, rather than resisting with a force of gravity, spring force, or friction. The impeder prevents extraction of the line faster than the constant rotational velocity. Thus, a user can push/pull as hard as desired, and the line can only be extracted as limited by the velocity of the impeder.

A plough assembly (10) to be drawn by a plough frame that is attached to a prime mover. The assembly (10) includes a digging shank (14) attached to a clamp (11) that is to be attached to the plough frame. Attached to the lower end of the shank (14) is a digging assembly (21). The digging assembly (21) includes a mounting (22) and a digging blade (23). Behind the digging blade (23) is a twin road seeding boot (76). Following the boot (76) is a press wheel (68), with the seeding boot (76) having a transverse width greater than the transverse width of the blade (23).

Rotor shaft for use in an aerating device for a ground, wherein the rotor shaft comprises at least one connecting disc which extends transversely of the axis of the rotor shaft and on which at least two knives are arranged, wherein each knife is provided with two knife connecting holes and is connected between the connecting disc and a connecting ring, wherein the connecting disc and the connecting ring are provided with knife connecting holes which coincide with the knife connecting holes of the knives, wherein bolts are arranged through the coinciding knife connecting holes in order to connect the connecting disc, the knives and the connecting ring, wherein the connecting ring is constructed from at least two ring sectors which together form the connecting ring.
