| 摘要 | A water blocking gate panel pinching and pressing control device utilizes a pinching and pressing control device for operation control of an extendable actuator. In a process that the extendable actuator performs a forwarding operation to drive a push/pull bar to move a pinching and pressing bar to pinch and press against a surface of a water blocking panel, power consumed by the extendable actuator gets higher when tightness of an opposite surface of the water blocking panel positioned against an opening seal rubber strip is being increased. When the water blocking panel being positioned against the opening seal rubber strip reaches predetermined tightness, a current feedback signal transmitted from a current feedback signal unit to a signal processing interface unit is larger than a current threshold value, such that the operation of the extendable actuator is automatically shut down. Therefore, the water blocking gate does not need a limit switch or a sensor switch to detect a forwarding process of the extendable actuator and complicated calibration or error correction of the energy that is transmitted to the pinching and pressing bar by a forwarding push force of the extendable actuator can be avoided or reduced, and reliability of water tightness of the water blocking panel can be improved. | ||||||
