摘要	A wheelchair user has a cape or jacket with a truncated sleeve for each arm. The garment has an exposed outer material with an inner lining. The sleeve end has an extension tab (2) sewn between the outer material and lining, and terminating in a finger loop (6). The outer material is a waterproof and air-permeable fabric.
