166 | SHEDDING DEVICE FOR TEXTILE TECHNOLOGY | PCT/DE2005002327 | 2005-12-14 | WO2006063584A3 | 2006-08-24 | PIEGELER GERHARD |
The invention relates to a shedding device for textile technology, comprising an individual thread control system (Jacquard technique) which actuates a weft insertion, with a spring, respectively on the upper (21, 22) and lower (19, 20) ends of the heald in a so-called open-shed operating mode with a 180° lifting course of the lifting element. Said operating mode is carried out by two adjacent different functional and switching courses. The upper and lower lifting spring frame (18, 17) with the springs moves downwards and upwards at a weft insertion cadence. Alternatively, just a mobile lifting spring frame and a fixed spring frame can be used. A fixed blocking element (14) can then block (couple) the heald in the upper shed or in the bottom shed. The inventive shedding device enables the problematic loom harness to be rendered superfluous.
167 | SHED FORMING DEVICE FOR THE TEXTILE INDUSTRY | PCT/DE2000/000854 | 2000-03-20 | WO00070135A2 | 2000-11-23
The invention relates to a shed forming device without a harness for the textile industry, preferably a weaving device which contains a number of healds (4) with thread eyelets (5) for guiding the warp threads. The healds (4) are guided through boreholes (31, 31') of guide elements (20, 6). Said healds (4) are positioned in such a way, that at least one of the guide elements (6) is configured as a lifting element of a lift generating device, in order to perform a vertical ascending and descending movement. An optional connection between the guide element (6) and the heald (4) can be made and electrically controlled by catch devices in the boreholes (31, 31'), in such a way, that the heald can be caught by the lifting movement. A shed of warp threads can thus be formed which conforms to a pattern.
168 | SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FORMING A FABRIC HAVING A SYNCHRONIZED WOVEN DESIGN AND PRINTED DESIGN | PCT/US1999/004914 | 1999-03-05 | WO99046438A1 | 1999-09-16
A weaving system which is designed to automatically maintain a printed pattern (14) in alignment with a woven pattern (12) as a fabric is being formed. The printed pattern is printed onto the warp yarns (118). A controller is used to monitor the position of the printed pattern during the weaving process relative to the position of a woven pattern that is being formed into the fabric. Should the printed pattern and woven pattern fall out of alignment, the controller then alters the longitudinal size of the woven pattern, the printed pattern, or both patterns, in order to realign the patterns.

172 | Method of producing seamless fabric and apparatus for producing the same | JP2011197771 | 2011-09-11 | JP2013060671A | 2013-04-04 | KATAYAMA SHOZO |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing seamless fabric capable of eliminating a sewing process for a part to be reinforced.SOLUTION: A method of producing seamless fabric comprises: weaving a first woven-fabric while stitching the first woven-fabric with a second woven-fabric, which is formed by moving a swivel yarn serving as at least one weft which does not form the first woven-fabric. Jacquard controller provides stitching position data so that one side of fabric can be composed of at least one layer of the first woven-fabric and another side of the fabric can be composed of at least one layer (other than the above layer) of the first woven-fabric while a connection part, which connects both sides of the fabric in a non-separated way, can be composed of the second woven-fabric, and then the first woven-fabric is stitched with the second woven-fabric. Subsequently, with the stitching position data obtained from the Jacquard controller, a nozzle position is controlled, then an adhesive material is ejected from the nozzle to the stitch part of the second woven-fabric. Finally, cutting into a designed shape finishes the seamless fabric.

PURPOSE: To surely separate the yarns at individual top ends of thread rows of the woven fabric by forming their gripper needles to the form of the thread separation needle equipped with hook parts and arranging at least two hook parts at specific states. CONSTITUTION: The yarn-gripping needle is formed in the shape of the thread- separating needle 4 equipped with the hook parts 6, 7 and at least two hook parts are arranged on the same plane on the upper side or on the lower side of the thread rows of the woven fabric or so that they may oppose to each other on the parallel faces. The top edges 10, 11 of the hook parts are individually directed to the surfaces corresponding to the yarns and the curved cavities of the hook parts are shaped so that it may coincide with the diameter and the shape of the yarn that is received and then released, thus there is no occurrence that the yarn is repelled or pulled together with the following yarn by the top edge of the hook part.
