A marked antibody is obtd. from the antibody secreted by the same or the fraction of the antibody or enzyme and I, etc. thereof. The marked antibody, etc. and the patient's urine and tissue slice are brought into reaction and the enzyme activity and radioactivity of the conjugate of the human bladder cancer cells and the marked antibody are measured.
