By the evaporation, the sea water in the groove 14 is gradually concentrated to the saturated state, flows out of an outlet 26, and then stored in a tank 28. The pure water condensed on the back side of the film 10 is flowed through a plurality of the subcollectors 34 into a main collector 36, flows out of an outlet 38, and then stored in a tank 42.
