CONSTITUTION: The mixing car furnace 1 is turned and the receiving hole 2 is turned downwards. Then, the running motor 4 for the truck 3 is driven to move the truck 3 to below the receiving hole 2, and then the electric winch 5 is operated to wind the wire 6, whereby the rack 7 is moved upwars along the framework 8 and then the chamber 9 on the rack 7 is put into the furnace 1 through the receiving hole 2. From the chamber 9, a damaged inner wall portion of the furnace is confirmed by a television camera or with the naked eyes, and then the chamber 9 is turned on the rack 7 by rotating the toothed wheel 10 by the motor 10 in order to determine the direction of the nozzle 12. Then, the nozzle 12 is directed toward the damaged portion by regulating its position, and then a spraying material is blasted through the hose 15 and the nozzle 12 by means of the sprayer 14. Thus, quick and energy- saving repairing can be performed while the furnace keeps hot.
