The proton and electron are thus collected to the magnet 2, and when the density of the proton and electron becomes high, the proton and electron are combined to become a hydrogen molecule. The solar wind 4 does not therefore act upon the space structure 1 or human beings inside the space structure 1 so as to prevent the degradation of the space structure 1 or an ill effect generated to the human beings due to being exposed to the solar wind 4.
