The spin device is embodied in the form of a hoop which is arranged on the external frame of a mantel suspension in such a way that it is rotatable and interacting, by means of a wheel, with a newly introduced third electric motor. A pneumatic system for forming a reflective surface is arranged on the hoop and pneumatically connected, through a sealed channel which is arranged in the external frame of the gimbal suspension, to a pressurised gas source disposed in the craft body. The second embodiment of the spin device comprises rotor and stator coils which are disposed on the external frame of the gimbal suspension and on the hoop, respectively and interact therebetween.
