A plurality of leg 2 are pierced through holes 17 of a fitting base plate 16, and the height of a base plate 16 is adjustably supported by level-adjusting rings 14 which are set to the outside of legs 2. The fixing pieces 18 for a solar heat collector 3 are set to legs 2, along with set rings 19 being set to the outside of legs 2, and screws 20 are tightened to fix the fixing pieces 18.
