CONSTITUTION: Steam produced at a reactor 1 is fed to a turbine generator 16 through a main steam pipe 22 and a variable valve 15. A generator output controller 31 receives a load set signal 11, and controls the variable valve 15 and a by-pass valve 17. Besides, its output signal 31A is connected with a reactor pressure regulator 32. A pressure set value 32A and an output signal 24A of a pressure detector 24 are seperately connected with the regulator 32. The regulator 32 receives signals 31A, 32A and 24A, and inputs an output signal 32B to a re-circulating flow regulator 13. The output, i.e., the pressure of the reactor 21 can thus be regulated as a result of regulating a re-circulating flow.
