Then the full-heat conductance C2 of element 5b is set larger enough than the conductance C1 of element 5a to obtain DELTAt1>>DELTAt2. Thus the effect of not only the unknown quantity DELTAt2 but the contact heat conductance can be reduced. The same effect is obtained also to the surface temperature and the heat conductance. As a result, a quick and accurate heat measurement is made possible with a simple constitution and without any complicated operation.
