Further (e) ≤5%≥1 kinds among Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho. The alloy contains ≤50% in total of the components of ≥1 kinds among the above-mentioned groups (a)W(e). The above-mentioned raw material metal 3 melted in an inert gaseous 9 atmosphere is ejected to the inside surface of a high-speed rotating drum 5, by which the titled alloy having ≥44,000μm max. magnetic permeability is obtd.
