Thus, panel P is rotated with about 10rpm at rail 23, for example, to drop down the fluorescent slurry or the like onto the inner surface; the slurry is spread at the next rail in about 300rpm; and the slurry is dried at the subsequent rail in about 70rmp. As a result, no defect is caused by the abrasion filings of the brush, thus enhancing both the quality and the yield for the panel coating by securing the smooth variation of the revolution number.
