A control box 15 adjusts the increase and decrease in the quantity of the air of the blower 5 in correspondence with the loading state of the burner 1. Since the duct 3 and the duct 7 are communicated by a communicating duct 18 provided with a damper 19, the air from the blower 5 is supplied as the combustion air by adjusting the opening degree of said damper 19. Thus the blower 5 can be operated at the air discharging quantity at the surging limit or more regardless of the load change.
