CONSTITUTION:The secondary side of a nondrying transformer 20 is reduced by a connection line 29 and a voltage below an impedance voltage is applied to the primary side to provide current necessary for drying and heating. This current is controlled by means of an energized current regulator 28 through a temperature adjustor 26 and a controller 27 according to a signal from a temperature controlling thermocouple inserted into the center 29 of the main insulator layer between the primary and secondary sides which is the hottest among all the insulators in the transformer windings. The temperature of the hottest part is controlled to a proper level below the temperature causing deterioration in the insulator within the drying time and above 100 deg.C to perform a drying.
