The box 12 is so formed as to enough withstand the pressure of insulating gas 4 pressurized in the vessel 5. Ancillary parts such as a bushing 7, a low pressure terminal 8, an insulating gas charging valve 9, a pressure switch 10, a pressure avoiding device, etc., are fastened air-tightly to the communication holes 13a-13e parts respectively, and necessary connections with voltage transforming element in the sealed vessel 5 are done.
