Then the side board 52 is mounted on the projected portion 51B after increasing the length of the side board 52 by heght l
1 , and the projected portion 51B is formed after projection it by a dimentions l
2 from the side board 52. Next the lower part of the side board 52 is connected to the upper faces 53A and 53B of the projected portion 51B by way of fillet welding, and the U-shaped tip of the side board 52 is connected to the side face 54 of the leading portion 51A by way of butt welding.
