At the time of conducting the Qc' base biases of transistors Q
4 and Q
5 are coincident with those of transistors Q
3 and Q
6 , and a current distributing ratio of the transistors Q
3 and Q
5 comes to one vs one, thereby inhibiting substantially the profile correction.
