The intermodulation distortion generating circuit 35 outputs residual components of a main signal S, and a part of main signal components is sent to a phase shifter 36 by a branching circuit 34 and is allowed to have the amplitude same as and a phase opposite to that of said residual components and is sent to a synthesizing circuit 38, and residual components of the main signal are eliminated from the output of the intermodulation distortion generating circuit 35 in this circuit 38.
