With such shielding 13 and 14, the piling can be prevented for the output signal by the rotary magnetic field and the noise caused from the pulse current or the like. And the flexibility is secured by forming package 8 with the synthetic resin, thus preventing the breakage and the disconnection of wiring conductor 3. Furthermore, the cost reduction can also be realized with no use of the costly ceramics.
