CONSTITUTION: The feedback electron current path in front of a circuit separator 15 is connected to a resonator 17 through a slit 16 equipped opening at the inner end face of the circuit separator. And whthin the resonator protrudes an antenna 18 which is connected with a high frequency terminating device 20 by a coaxial line 19. At the slit part equaled at the inner face of the circuit separator 15, a high frequency electric field is generated and thereby microwave energy is excited by the mldulated signal coponents in the microwave band contained in the feedback electron current. This microwave energy is stored in the resonator 17, furthermore converted to thermal energy at the high frequency terminating device through the antenna 18 aud the coaxial line 19, and radiated.
