1 rises to become higher than the set temp., the signal showing this state is inputted to an operator 7 and a large quantity of fuel is sent on the basis of the signal outputted to raise the temp. of a bed to promote granulation. Contrarily, if the temp. T
1 becomes lower than the set temp., the supply quantity of fuel is reduced.
