Further, it is compared with the set value of the tube voltage setter 11 at the phase control circuit 12, and the phase of the trigger pulse B generated is controlled. Further, every generation of trigger pulse, the capacitor 6 is discharged and the output voltage of the circuit 12 is reset every pulse as the waveform D, and the response of the phase control is quickened
