When the integral output level is almost equal to zero, the connection is judged as normal and an output is not generated from a circuit 22 and the LEDD is not ignited and when said level is judged as abnormal with a level higher than zero, the LEDD is ignited for testing whether the connection condition is corrected or not in a simple and positive manner.
