CONSTITUTION: In using square waveguides 1a, 1c, 1e for a 1st array antenna and square waveguides 1b, 1d for a 2nd array antenna, each square waveguide of the 2nd array antenna comes to each gap of the 1st array antenna and the waveguides are arranged overlappingly so that slots 2a∼2y provided to the waveguides 1a∼1e are not shielded. Thus, the arrangement interval of the square waveguides is reduced and the beam scanning at a wide angle is applied without causing the grating lobe in a plane orthogonal to the center axis of the square waveguide.
