The insulated resin layers 4, 4' and 4'' provided between the layers 2 and 2' and the coils 5 and 5' are formed by dissolving with the ''Cellosolve acetate '' a mixture of the methyl sil-sesquioxane polymer and polydiethoxy hydroxy silane in the weight percent ratio of 6:4 and then applying a hardening process after coating by the spin coating method. A glass plate 7 is adhered with the glass 6 of a low melting point.
