CONSTITUTION: A slightly long exhaust tube 13 is provided at the outlet side of blower 8 for a cooling tower 3. A branch duct 14 is extended from the intermediate portion of tube 13 and connected with the fresh air intake 18 of air conditioner 2. The opening amount of motorized damper 19 is controlled following the signal of anemometer 17 in response to the fresh air demand of air conditioner 2. Thus, the exhaust gas of cooling tower is led into the branch duct 14 in the volume as demanded. The cooling tower exhaust gas contains a mist despite its cleaning in contact with the splash water of sprinkler 7, and has its mist removed during passage through the duct 15 by means of eliminator 15. The air conditioner 2 thus receives a purely clean air exclusively without any foreign substance.
