Namely, a pump 1 system is on common use side and a pump 2 system is on reserve side. When the oil pressure in the pressurized oil tank 6 lowers extraordinarily below the on-load pressure in the common pump. System the oil pressure reduction detector 24 is circuit-closed. Accordingly, the auxiliary contact 22 is opened and the auxiliary contact 23 is closed, so the common pump 1 system is brought to stop, and the spare pump 2 side is operated as common use side.
