When it is detected by voltage detecting section 13 that output of generator 2 has reached a certain voltage, output of generator 2 is connected to the lighting circuit 7 instead of battery 3. At the same time, AC current is detected by switching circuit 12, and contacts of relay Ry3 are switched to Ac side, whereby lamp 4 is connected to commercial stabilizer 5 and lighted.
