CONSTITUTION: Plural partial circuits including FFs are put together by a composition engine. The plural FFs used for the partial circuits are connected in series to generate a skin-path and scan clock system to be put in shift register operation. Then when the partial circuits are put together, contravention to a test facilitation rule is checked. If there is the contravention to the rule, the composition of partial circuits is redone by another composing method. When not, an advance to the composition of a next partial circuit is made and thus all the partial circuits are put together. Consequently, a circuit function dedicated to test facilitation is generated simultaneously during the automatic logic circuit composition. Thus, the automatic composing device for the logic circuit which is easily tested is obtained.
