The wound sheet 2A is pressed by the press plate 25, a plurality of heater needles 23 are lowered from a heat feed device 22 of a heater mechanism 21 through insertion holes of the press plate 25, and are pressed down to a subsequent layer through a layer in the vicinity of the winding end 28. After heating, the heater needles 23 are pulled off, and the press plate 25 is then raised. Thus, the winding end and the subsequent layer are thermally dissolved for securing.
