The lower rank CPU group 2 is provided with the PIO group 13 respectively and it is connected to the PIO 11 via the signal line 12. The lower rank CPU group 2 is commonly provided with the common data bus 9, common data bus selection unit 10, and data transmission unit 40. The data transmission between the upper rank CPU and the lower rank CPU group is connected via DO and INT for the specific lower rank PIO 13 from PIO 11, and the respective CPU 2 is connected to the bus 9 via the unit 10 with program operation and data transmission is made with the units 30 and 40. Thus, true data transmission is started, the error at data transmission is specified, and the error processing is made easy.
