A signal corresponding to a touch point is fed to another input 10 of the circuit 9. Then the circuit 9 delivers an output only when the touch pressure is higher than the prescribed level. The reference voltage of the negative terminal controls a constant resistance VR of a level setting means 4 to set a desired level of touch pressure.
