CONSTITUTION: In a device, a fixed mount 2 on which struts are stood close together, and a plate 3 having holes 4 through which the struts 1 are passed are provided, the plate is set with the struts protruded, the integrated plate groups loaded with a holder such as a fork are placed on the protruded struts group, and moreover then are collectively transferred on the plate with the plate lifted. Unloading can be made by reverse operation to the above one.
