When the above-described processings are repeated to the N-th frame and completed, the calculation processings for obtaining the horizontal and vertical directions of the position coordinates of the center 26 of the eyeball and the iris tigroid 10 and the change through the lapse of time of the turning angle from each analytical data are carried out, and the results are stored in the another area of the memory 31, and displayed on a display 25.
