When there is no case coincident with the new diagnostic object, the similarity to the new diagnostic object is calculated and concerning the similarity of the case judged most similar, it is judged whether the similarity is in the range of a value determined in advance or not. Thus, the case of the successive diagnosis is increased and the diagnosis with high accuracy can be executed.
