CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus consisting of an outer vessel 1 and an inner vessel 2, a vibrator 3 is provided to the bottom of the vessel 1 and transmission medium 4 is filled in the outer vessel 1. A solution 5 containing an antistatic agent, etc. is put in the inner vessel 2. Suction port 6 is provided to the side wall of the vessel 2, and pressure regulating valves 6a capable of regulating a pressure in the vessel 2 are provided to the ports 6. Further, a suction device 8 such as a blower is provided to the inside of a vent pipe 7 for an aerosol, extended from a vent port 2a which is provided to the upper part of the vessel 2, to suck the aerosol contained in the vessel 2. Further, a treating chamber 9 is provided to the end of the pipe 7, and an exhausting pipe 10 is provided to the chamber 9.
