The surface tension of the adsorption layers 5 of the transfer rolls 3 in the chamber 2 is kept smaller than the surface tension of the object 1 in this case and the aerosol 12 is stuck on the surface of the layer 5. The uniform stuck surfaces consisting of the particles of the aerosol 12 are formed by one rotation of the layers 5 on the surfaces of the rolls 3. At the same instant, the particles of the aerosol 12 are stuck on the object 1 as well and further said object is inserted between the upper and lower rolls 3 to bond and transfer the particles on the object 1 by compression.
