The model of the building is automatically formed only by inputting data related to the specification of the building and the shape and the member arrangement of the building by the plan, the various analysis of the formed model is executed to automatically design the structure of the brace and the computed result is outputted to a display and a printer. Consequently, a chance generating misses can be reduced, the operation can be simplified and the modeling of the structure can be eliminated.
