So a transmission mechanism becomes to have a deceleration function. Also a pulley rotating at high speed in the rotation numbers same as the output shaft of the motor becomes only the pullies 18, 19, 70 provided on the output shaft and other pullies become rotating at lower speed than the output shafts. This has the action uniformly reducing the number of exciting frequencies in the vibrations of belts 60 - 62, 65 - 67.
